   ### Apache StreamPipes version

   dev (0.99.0-SNAPSHOT)

   ### Affected StreamPipes components

   UI

   ### What happened?

   Password-type service configuration items (`ConfigItem` with `isPassword =
true`, edited under
Settings → Extension Services → Service-Konfigurationen) do not save what is
typed.

   `ServiceConfigsPasswordComponent` copies the input into
`configuration.value` only in its `(click)`
handler, i.e. at the moment the field is clicked - before anything is typed.
Typing updates the
component's local `password` via `[(ngModel)]`, but never reaches
`configuration.value`, so
"Aktualisieren"/"Update" stores the value as it was at the last click:
usually empty.

Two related effects of the same handler:

   - Clicking into the field and saving without typing **replaces the stored
secret with an empty
string**, because the click handler writes the cleared placeholder into
`configuration.value`.
   - Tabbing into the field never clears the `*****` placeholder (it is cleared
on click only), so
keyboard input ends up appended to it.

   ### How to reproduce?

   1. Run an extension service that declares a password item, e.g.
      `ConfigItem.from("my-secret", "", "desc",
ConfigurationScope.CONTAINER_GLOBAL_CONFIG, true)`.
   2. Settings → Extension Services → Service-Konfigurationen → edit the
service.
   3. Click into the field, type a value, press "Update".
   4. `GET
/streampipes-backend/api/v2/extensions-services-configurations/<serviceGroup>`
(or CouchDB)
shows an empty value. Clicking into the field once more after typing,
then saving, stores it.

   ### Expected behavior

What is typed is stored; focusing the field without typing leaves the stored
value unchanged.

   ### Additional technical information

Found while building an extension service whose licence keys are password
items (verified against
CouchDB on a `pipeline-element` dev stack).
