Don Brown resolved WW-1424.
---------------------------

    Fix Version/s: (was: 2.0.1)
       Resolution: Not A Problem

I think the onus should be on the interceptor or result to decide if they want
to complain on initialization or only when they are used for the first time.

> Missing or unneccessary configuration objects shouldn't throw warning messages

> In the struts-default.xml file, we define interceptors and results that
> aren't needed by most applications. Currently, they result in warn messages
> when they can't be loaded. We should, at a minimum, reduce these to infos,
> but perhaps in the long term, provide better support for extra configuration
> elements that aren't "required".
