dojo.require("dojo.widget.DatePicker") will request
'/struts/dojosrc/widget/DatePicker.js'
so I changed '/struts/dojo' to '/struts/dojo/' in template/simple/head.ftl,It
works fine.I suggest add this to source repository also.
