No, nothing special - just mvn package, then hotdeploy the war - should be
found under "Undefined" category
I've noticed some strange behaviour of LR4.3 lately: it looks like LR always
wants to validate portlet.xml against the schema web uri. If you don't have an
internet connection on your machine, this might cause the portlet not being
registered although everything looks like it is deployed correctly...
