Antonio Petrelli updated WW-2049:
---------------------------------
Description:
In many parts of the Struts 2 source, especially in JSP and FTL files, the
Apache license header is missing.
To discover these files, the RAT Maven plugin should be introduced, to report
unapproved or missing licenses.

In many parts of the Struts 2 source, especially in JSP and FTL files, the
Apache license header is missing.
To discover these files, the RAT Maven plugin should be introduced, to fail in
case of unapproved or missing license (or at least to report them).
Updated the description to allow resolving this issue.
