Dojo parseWidgets: false and Struts 2 Dojo-based widgets

parseWidgets: false drastically improves Dojo performance, and is thus useful
as soon as the pages being generated are too long.
However, setting parseWidgets requires running
djConfig.searchIds.push(id)
for each dojo component's id.
It would be nice if Struts 2 Dojo-based widgets could detect if parseWidgets is
set to false, and in that case, push the component's id.
