Date picker grab a wrong day on day one of a new year

When I turn date calendar to 2007/12 or 2006/12, if I click 2008/1/1 or
2007/1/1, its click won't bring correct date back to textbox, instead, it
brings 2007/11/1 or 2006/11/1 back to textbox. Could you take a look.
