can not get other request parameter ,when upload a file in portlet
environment

In one of the struts2'sexample whoes name is struts2-portlet-2.0.11, the
upload function has something wrong .when uploading a file,it can not get other
request parameter 's value automatically such as :caption.But using the
method--ServletActionContext.getRequest()..getParameter("caption") can get
its value.it is so inconsistent !!!
