I am using Struts 1.3.8, but I still have the same problem. In my resource
file....only if I use a doulbe single quote will my single quote come out using
MessageBundle in my action class. However, struts <html:messages...> works fine
with one single quote.
I am using the same resources for Java and HTML.
Is this fix in 1.3.8?
