Fix Struts messages in Portuguese and Danish

Currently the Portuguese file for Struts messages, i.e.:
struts-messages_pt.properties
contain ISO-8859-x characters for Portuguese-specific characters. They must be
ported to Unicode escape codes (see the _de version for an example).
The Danish translation, i.e.:
struts-messages_da.properties
contains weird characters since the beginning, really don't know why. Here we
need a Danish-speaking person who helps fixing it.
