Can optiontransferselect have additional attribute to allow the 2 select
controls to switch places?

Currently, the available list is fixed on the left hand side and the selected
list on the right hand side. However, I've got several instances (as required
by business design) wherein I need to position the selected list on the left
hand side and available list on the right hand side.
Example:
Attribute: doubleListPosition
Value: left | right
Description: specifies the position of the list that displays the current
selections
