REST plugin as exercised in the struts2-rest-showcase previously returned JSON
serialization in response to a URL such as
http://localhost:8080/struts2-rest-showcase/orders.json and .../orders/3.json
It no longer returns correct serialization but pops-up a File Download save
location or find a program to view file with window.
