Resolution: Not A Problem
I think you are better off asking this question on the users mailing list. If
something is rendered, then the component tag is doing what it is supposed to
do, but there is a dojo configuration problem somewhere, like missing the head
tag, or missing an include, I see that some includes are written by hand here.
