Sorry, I thought you knew about the mailing list and wanted a forum _instead_.
On the Struts home page under 'Support' there is a link to
http://struts.apache.org/mail.html which has more info about the lists, the
various archives (some of which allow posting) and how to subscribe.
The user list is quite active and many of the developers do watch it and answer
