No, we don't assign it to the Struts mailing list - the Struts mailing list is
a mailing list, where problems about Struts can be discussed. It comes in 2
types: DEV and USER. DEV is for the development of Struts itself (so do not use
this one), and USER is for the users developing an application with the Struts
framework (as you are doing right now).
Now, you'll find the details for the mailing list here:
http://struts.apache.org/mail.html
If you don't want to subscribe, you can also use nabble.com (search for the
Struts user mailing list there). Do NOT post on the DEV list.
On a related note, if you find your Struts application THAT slow, you might
have other problems than just a Struts configuration problem. Apply basic
profiling and see what's going on.
