Martin responded to me by email that Apache doesn't have the paperwork. This
information would have been helpful earlier. I was under the impression that
you had the paperwork already. I'm not sure how this code would have been
released without it. Anyway, I'll talk to the folks at Google and get another
copy. It'll probably be a couple weeks.
