Link to 20x - 21x migration guide not working

The link to the migration gudie:
https://cwiki.apache.org/S2WIKI/troubleshooting-guide-migrating-from-struts-20x-to-21x.html
is not working.
It looks like the "SWIKI" directory is not in place. There's a link in the
2.1.6 release notes to this guide. I'm stucked and can't do the migration. Why
not include the guide in the documentation, instead of using a link to a page
that's not up running ...
