I read about the issue now, I totaly agree about the Dojo critisime regarding 
its too complicated and cumberson.

But the most powerfull function was and is the ajax validation support, do you 
know any replacement of that? It was in my opinion one of the best feature of 
Struts 2, and as far as I can see the jquery plugin doesnt address that issue.
