Currently a basic "mvn install" or "mvn package" prompts for a username and
password. This is not ideal.
As per the dev mailing list:
This is needed to prepare a new release as right now we directly hit
Confluence to export docs. Can you register an issue for that? It
would be better to docs export to release phase. It isn't needed for
normal builds.
Temporary workaround:
Start build with -DskipAssembly to skip the whole assembly module.
