There is a bug in 2.3.15.2 related to multiple submit buttons but DMI works as
expected - I have tested with struts2-blank and cannot reproduce your problem.
DMI can enabled/disabled via both presented options. So maybe you refer to the
mentioned bug - WW-4204 ?
