Thank you.  Our issue was we had a custom class which was looking to load up 
the DTDs, and thus using the URL to find them.  A question, though, why would 
they be removed?  Is it not a good practice to presume they would be there.  
FWIW, we have reworked our code so not to rely on them being there.  Probably a 
good thing in the end, anyway.
