In ParametersInterceptor, the parameter action:myAction is checked in
isExcluded() and isAccepted(), when DMI is on we want to reduce the logging, so
an extra check is needed, want to ignore this parameter otherwise it logs it in
isExcluded(String) as it thinks its excluded as it does not match.
If you check PR #469 (see above), the check is done in
DefaultExcludedPatternsChecker rather than ParametersInterceptor.
