I know that this version has changed a lot.
I have considered the Struts 2.3 to 2.5 migration documentation and have not
figured out anything special yet.
I also tried to apply Struts 2.3 to 2.5 Migration for Window client and Android
client and send request.
It works normally on 2 versions 2.3.34 and 2.5.26 and gets 200 OK responses.
This problem only occurs on Xamarin - Struts 2.5.26 (2.5.25 is similar ).
I'm still working on what makes it different.
