Summary: Establish whether struts-archetypes and struts-extras are
still released, and document or retire them

While retiring the outdated wiki release pages in favour of the [release
guidelines|https://struts.apache.org/release-guidelines.html], no release
documentation was found for
[apache/struts-archetypes|https://github.com/apache/struts-archetypes] or
[apache/struts-extras|https://github.com/apache/struts-extras] - not an
outdated page, but none at all. Whether one ever existed is unknown.
The archetypes are clearly still shipped: {{_config.yml}} on the website
carries {{archetype\_version: 6.0.0}}, and the [Maven
archetypes|https://struts.apache.org/maven-archetypes/] pages document their
use. The status of {{struts-extras}} is less clear.
*To do*
* Establish whether each is still released, and by what process.
* If yes, document it - most likely as part of WW-5679, since these have the
same shape as the other auxiliary artifacts.
* If no, say so explicitly somewhere findable, and decide whether the
repository should be marked end-of-life or archived rather than left looking
maintained.
The point is that the answer stops living only in the memory of whoever last
did it.
