WW-5814 added {{struts.converter.date.isoOffsetAware}} (default {{false}}) so
{{DateConverter}} can read the offset of an ISO date-time such as
{{2026-10-25T05:14:42.000Z}} instead of treating {{Z}} as server-local time.
For 8.0.0:
* flip the default to {{true}}
* deprecate the constant with {{forRemoval = true}}, keeping {{false}} only as
a migration escape hatch
* migration guide: every {{...Z}} value bound to a {{java.util.Date}} or
{{Calendar}} property converts to a different instant on servers not running in
UTC (shifted by the server's offset), with no conversion error
