Filed the follow-up for the per-request `<script src>` de-duplication (item
4) as [WW-5835](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WW-5835). It covers
combobox together with `inputtransferselect`, `optiontransferselect` and
`updownselect`, so nothing more is needed for it in this PR.
