For us this issue is critical.
We are currently stuck on 1.6.12 and are unable to provide our users with a
newer version of Subversion until this is fixed. This problem will become
particularly acute if 1.7 does not resolve the issue as our users will be
breathing down our neck demanding 1.7 support to be integrated into our
application.
