The svn-warnings bot fails to build on 1.8.x:
https://ci.apache.org/builders/svn-warnings/builds/1988/steps/Autogen/logs/stdio
We temporarily disabled it to avoid noise on notifications@, but since 1.8.x is
still supported, it would be good to re-enable it after fixing the problem.
[Ed. note: I'd love to see a clang bot in addition to / instead of the
incumbent gcc bot... but that's a separate issue]
