"svn diff --git" with unversioned files crashes while trying to generate the 
"---" and "+++" lines. It calls make_repos_relpath(session_relpath=NULL, 
anchor=NULL).

I am adding a test case, diff_test.py:90 "diff unversioned files in git format" 
as XFAIL.
