Environment: To reduce the load on the ASF mirrors, projects are
required to delete old releases [1]
Please can you remove all non-current releases?
It's unfair to expect the 3rd party mirrors to carry old releases.
It looks like only 1.10.0 and 1.9.7 are still supported so all other versions
should please be removed from the mirrors.
The mirrors also contain two files which are not listed on the download page:
svn_version.h.dist-1.9.7
svn_version.h.dist-1.8.19
These don't appear to belong on the mirrors.
