I wrote an incremental version of the delta editor path driver, as an
intermediary to help drive the WC editor in "unshelve". That works.
Now preparing to get other existing operations to use the WC editor (mostly via
this path driver), starting with "svn add" (and special variations for "svn
mkdir" and the "make parent directories" option).
