Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
This was observed in a repository format compatible with Subversion 1.6, and it
is at least plausible, perhaps likely, that any bug responsible may have been
fixed in the FSFS-f7 format or other subsequent FSFS updates.
This report was filed as a place to record any information that may be of
interest when users come across this error. No further work to identify and fix
the original cause is planned. Closing as 'cannot reproduce'.
