Printing progress notifications for commands other than data-output commands
(diff, cat) is now implemented on [the
branch|https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/branches/pristines-on-demand-on-mwf].
Printing progress notifications for data-output commands (diff, cat) is not
yet. We might want to print their progress to stderr. This needs further
discussion on the email thread.
