I note that this has actually been addressed some time ago.
However, by now KDE6 is current and KDE5 (and indeed Qt5) are on life-support.
Gentoo looks to discontinue all packaging of Qt5 as priority, which means this
module would have to be omitted.

As well as the newer KWallet-6, it is suggested to also consider Qt6's
QtKeychain as an option.
