[I have no English Word. Translation: Do not insert leading between paragraphs with identical formatting.] This setting is not available in OpenOffice.org. Because this difference the first page needs more space in OOo than in Word and the rest of the document is shifted. Because of unnecessary empty paragraphs the hard page breaks are on the next page. The whole document is in a bad typographical state. It can be considered to set the spacing between those paragraphs to zero on import, but that would be an enhancement.
