Summary: Extend "executeScript" In MLContext To Accept PyDML

When executing a script stored in a string with {{MLContext::executeScript}},
PyDML is currently not supported. This task is to extend the {{executeScript}}
API to accept PyDML, much like {{execute}} currently does.
