Description:
The {{ppred(...)}} built-in function is no longer needed as comparison
expressions are directly supported now, and so it should be deprecated and
replaced in all current DML scripts.
Example: {{ppred(X, 0, ">")}} can be replaced with {{X > 0}}.
Tasks:
* Add deprecated warning to parser.
* Replace {{ppred(...)}} in all current DML scripts.
* Add deprecated tag to {{ppred(...)}} in the DML language reference.
