Summary: Remove warnings from regular GLM-predict.dml execution

When GLM-predict.dml is run, the user sees following WARN message:
scripts/algorithms/GLM-predict.dml -- line 206, column 12 -- Initialization of
Y_counts depends on if-else execution
Since it is part of documented LinearRegression example, it would be good for
it to run without warnings.
