FYI, I'd like to share the progress of this work. I changed maven {{pom.xml}}
file for publishing Tajo jars to Apache repository. Since its my first time for
publishing maven jars, I'm still learning the way. Finally, I got the fact that
we have to ask ASF infra team to enable our Nexus access. So, I requested at
INFRA-7605.
Also, I'd like to share the useful links for publishing maven jars to ASF
repository. I hope that this would be helpful for other committers who will
release Apache Tajo.
