Also, the error message should be improved to point out the exact place
where the syntax is wrong.
Here is an example of wrong error message.
default> select n_regionkey, avg(n_nationkey) over (partition by
n_regionkey rows between unbounded preceding and 1 preceding ) from nation;
ERROR: syntax error at or near 'avg'
