Sometimes, even though a query is successfully finished during unit tests, its
state is not QUERY_SUCCEEDED at QueryClientImpl. As a result, the query runs
forever.

state is QUERY_MASTER_INIT and not changed further at QueryClientImpl. As a
result, the query runs forever.
