I found that relative index functions of HiveCatalogStore just throws
UnsupportedOperationException. Hive already provides relative index functions
to client, for examples, createIndex, dropIndex, getIndex, alterIndex. Even if
not in right now, you need to consider HiveCatalogStore implementation.
