We updated Java version 8. As a result, we can make good use of lambda and Java
8 stream. But, most of our internal APIs are based on arrays. So, we need to
change internal APIs to be more Java 8 Stream friendly.
This is an umbrella issues. I'll add more issues about this as subtasks.
