Since hadoop 2.3.0 get released, we can leverage some HDFS-4949 HDFS-2832
HADOOP-10047 to achieve a zero copy physical layer. Actually, I did some
development before creating this ticket, but hasn't finished yet. The main
idea is adding a ByteBufferTuple :)
