Can we also include the fix for TEZ-1237 in this patch. Rename EdgeManager to
EdgeManagerPlugin. Get all this done in 1 breaking jira.
Also instead of TezRootInputInitializer/Context we should now use
DataSourceInitializer/Context given the corresponding renames in the other
code.
RootInputInitializerEvent, VertexManagerPlugin.onRootVertexInitialized().
And DataSinkCommitter/Context instead of OutputCommitter/Context.
