Changes in the patch
- DAGAppMaster sysexit not invoked in local mode
- AsyncDispatcher sysexit disabled in local mode
- Adds a couple of tests
- Fixes a bug in LocalClient.getApplicationReport - to set the
finalApplcationStatus correctly.
The patch applies on top of TEZ-1338.
[~hitesh], [~jeagles] - please review. I'd like to get this and TEZ-1338 into
0.5.
