This ticket will allow users to set the final status of the session when they
close the session. Or add a config that will make the session fail if any dag
has failed (defaulting to current behavior of not doing so). Users who care can
use that config. I would prefer the former approach because it allows the user
to make the decision allowing for complex cases that the boolean config will
not allow.
