Attaching patch that gets remove session jars and makes the DAG updates for
resources/credentials/env/etc common in both modes.
The client still creates an amResources LR because its needed to AM resource
relocalization.
Will follow up with new APIs that allow addition of common resources. [~hitesh]
Can you check this patch for just the removal so its clear what this changes is
doing.
