I am attaching a patch that create a MultiMRInputConfigBuilder that currently
extends MRInputConfigBuilder. This will allow them to evolve independently if
needed. A re-compile of user code (without code change) in the worst case may
be required if things change drastically.
Let me know if this looks good.
