[~hitesh],
In mapreduce, it just gives a warning and which one gets picked up is not
guaranteed. We are at least failing here if size does not match. Checksum check
would be costly. It would be ideal to have it, but I am not sure we want to pay
that penalty. Can have a strict jar check setting added later if we see a need
which when true will go back to the original behavior - i.e always throws error
if there are duplicates.
